Customer Service Policy
The Microcomputer Program is committed to providing the highest quality learning experience to its students. In the past three years, we have averaged 13,054 classroom hours and 1,625 class offerings per year. We are proud of our 99% performance record for keeping classes running.
In the event that a technology problem related to either hardware or software causes a class to be cancelled or disrupted for more than thirty minutes, a decision will be made to remediate the situation. Depending on the severity of the disruption, we will provide access to another class or to a make-up of the class.
A member of the Program's Registration staff will call each student to inform him or her of the resolution of the problem within one week of the class disruption date.
