Introduction to Computer Support
(Prerequisites: Introduction to Networks and Introduction to TCP/IP or equivalent experience.) Are you interested in entering the technology field? Are you responsible for system upgrades but you're not a technology expert? Do you want to pursue vendor certification? If so, this class is a great starting place to learn the basics of computer support. This class will introduce you to the fundamentals of LAN and WAN networks, including hardware components, through practical, hands-on examples.
