Introduction to Contact Management Using ACT
(Prerequisite: Introduction to Windows or equivalent experience.) Learn how ACT! can increase your productivity by improving how you organize your time, contacts, and customers. This course will guide you through creating contact information, from basic data to detailed notes and attachments. Learn how to organize your contacts into companies and groups and perform Lookups to find specific contacts. You'll also work with the calendar feature and discover how easily you can schedule meetings, track calls, and create to-do lists.
